Description
During the summer months in Iceland, even though the sun "sets," the light always lingers and produces a prolonged twilight. Also, on Iceland are many farms which raise the unique Icelandic horse. Small, at times pony-sized, they are indeed classified as horses and are a picturesque sight seen all around the island nation. Here we can see three silhouetted against the sky and another one grazing in the foreground. (June 2022
