The sun is slowly sinking behind the mountains, casting a golden light over the landscape. The rice terraces, cultivated by the local farmers for centuries, form a beautiful pattern on the hillside. The terraces are green and brown in color and are divided by small water channels that irrigate the crops. The village of Lishantou, hidden among the terraces, is a peaceful and quiet place. The villagers are enjoying their leisure time after a hard day’s work. Some are chatting with their neighbors, some are playing with their children, and some are preparing dinner. The air is filled with the smell of rice and vegetables. The sound of birds and insects adds to the tranquility of the scene. This is a picture of harmony and simplicity, a reflection of the rural life in China.
