Description
On a rare clear evening, in rural Zhejiang Provence, I hiked up the trail to Tian Ping Shan (TianPing Mountain.) There was a stiff wind which was refreshing, but threatened to buffet my tripod. At the top of the trail, was a lake with a temple. There were quite a few fireflies and an over abundance of loud frogs all around. After waiting for the Milky Way to be in position, I captured this image. (July 2019)
